I get asked by my students and friends what my morning routine is. It’s really not all that complicated and it’s pretty routine. Here’s what I’m currently doing…
So this is a follow post from the little clip I shared earlier today. Day 15: Complete an Uncompleted Project Yoga Bean. In this post I would like to share with you my first online course that I published on Udemy.
Whatever project has been on the go for a while. Block out time today or this coming week and sit down and just finish it. And notice what comes up. I’ve been working on a Yoga Nidra Course for yoga teachers and here’s my story.
Today it’s all about happiness. Okay, maybe not all about happiness, but a big chunk. Have you come across Gretchin Rubin’s book Better than Before, before? If not, it’s one you’ll want to read. Especially if you’re planning on getting to know yourself and your students better.
Cleaning and clearing is the name of the game today and it’s a continuation of Day 4 when we chatted about decluttering. This is another really easy one, but one that we are often just too lazy to follow through with or just don’t think about.
The idea is that if we schedule our time correctly those projects and plans that we have for the year, can actually be broken down into 3 months. The reason why projects often don’t get completed is because the end date is too far away.
It’s vital to get a good 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Ayurvedically speaking the best time to get this is between 10pm-6am. The reason being… between 6pm -10pm in the evening is kapha time, the slowing down, winding down, heavy energy.
