Yoga Awakening Africa is blessed to continue the listing platform with Kay Daneel of The Yoga Way in Somerset West, Cape Town.

The Studio has adopted the new name of The Yoga Way and Audrey Ashmole has joined Kay in the studio.

Audrey studied with Jim Harrington, did his teacher’s course and is offering Synergy Yoga classes at the Somerset West based studio.

The Yoga Way offers yoga enthusiasts the unique combination of Hatha , Ashtanga and Synergy Yoga in a tranquil garden setting.
