An Interview with Nina Saacks

In this empowering interview, Delphine shares the transformative power of yoga in overcoming bulimia and anorexia. She shares her very personal journey, highlighting the importance of self-acceptance and compassion.

Through breathwork, and mindful practices, Delphine was able to guide herself towards a deeper connection with her body and find nourishment from within.

Our conversation will hopefully provide a roadmap for healing, reminding us that yoga can be a profound tool for cultivating self-love and embracing a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Delphine is a Natural Integrative Coach.

Born and raised from Belgium, she is now living in Cape Town, South Africa. Her journey of recovery from anorexia & bulimia led her to explore the ways of nature and energy; in the center, with the Elements, through skydiving and solo mountain quests.

She is initiated in the practices of Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda & the study of ancient teachings from the East and Southern Africa. She is a life coach, massage therapist and yoga teacher, currently acquiring her Ayurveda qualifications.

In 2020, she brings the parts of her journey together with the purpose to help all who desire to get back to an intuitive, healthy, joyful body and soul nourishment.
