Fry’s Family Food Recipe: MUSHROOM & BLACK BEAN VEGGIE BURGER

Vegan

Mushroom bean veggie burger

INGREDIENTS:

3 to 4 Fry’s Blackbean, Quinoa & Chia Bites

2 tbsp Water

2 large Portobello Mushrooms

2 tsp Pesto

Handful of Pine nuts

Garnish with guacamole and micro herbs

METHOD:

Defrost three bites and mush together into the shape of a patty with a little bit of water.

Bake two large portobella mushrooms for 20 minutes turning once at 180°C.  Once cooked through, cut the stems off.

Lightly fry the patty until crispy then place between mushrooms and garnish with pesto and pine nuts.  Garnish with guacamole and micro herbs.
