Cleaning and clearing is the name of the game today and it’s a continuation of Day 4 when we chatted about decluttering. This is another really easy one, but one that we are often just too lazy to follow through with or just don’t think about.
It’s vital to get a good 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Ayurvedically speaking the best time to get this is between 10pm-6am. The reason being… between 6pm -10pm in the evening is kapha time, the slowing down, winding down, heavy energy.
