Dechen is a senior teacher at the Jivamukti centre in New York and regularly teaches in London, Paris, Berlin – and coming soon to Cape Town.
As an accomplished actor (and brother of Uma Thurman) he entwines storytelling, drama, music and ancient yoga tenets in his mind-blowing classes.
He is scheduled to do a number of classes at the Yoga Zone studio and at the magnificent 18th century Stellenberg estate in upper Kenilworth.
