Follow Your Bliss – An essential ingredient to fulfilling life is to follow the bliss of our own experience while learning to adapt to new experiences. This practice is aimed at balancing familiar routines with a fresh twist to bring back an inspired light of bliss to our regular routine of Asana, and meditation. A carefully selected soundtrack of current and traditional music will accompany this practice. This flowing sequence combines all major categories of poses including standing poses, seated, twists and hip opening variations into arm balances.

Vinyasa I – Elevate your state. Light
Shape Shift to a higher state of being by learning key focal points and mindful engagement while flowing through a strong standing sequence, hip openers, shoulder releases and backbends. This class is open to all levels wanting to elevate their state of physical and mental being.

Deep & Quiet 1- Steady Inward Focus. Resolution
Finding a deep level of peace and inner stability through the quiet practices. Forward bends, headstand & shoulderstand, Meditation, Pranayama & YogaNidhra. This class is open to all levels wanting to learn these practices.

Vinyasa II – The Stabilizing routine
A steady mixed level Vinyasa based practice targeting standing pose combinations, core power brilliance, arm balancing & backbends. A sweaty health expanding class for all levels wanting to grow their practice.

Deep & Quiet 2 – Clarity & Relaxation
The quiet practices for back release and relaxed concentration. Forward bends, supine poses, hip openers, working towards lotus & variations. Meditation, pranayama, & YogaNidhra. This class is open to all levels wanting to learn these practices.
