Absolute Beginners Course

Mondays and Wednesdays, 7.00 – 8.30 pm

An introduction to yoga from the beginning. Focus on developing basic alignment skills and breath awareness to create the foundation for a lifetime of safe effective practice. Learn a basic sequence that you can take home with you and gain the confidence to move into a regular yoga class.
