Learn How to Teach Yoga Nidra with Nina Saacks

So this is a follow post from the little clip I shared earlier today. Day 15: Complete an Uncompleted Project Yoga Bean. In this post I would like to share with you my first online course that I published on Udemy.

As you may have gathered. I struggled for a while to get the course together, it was a learning curve not just in technology, but in how to structure courses and how to present the course virtually.

It was hard work, I learnt so much not just about teaching in the virtual world but about myself as well. And to be completely honest, I actually really enjoyed the whole process. Especially that nervousness you get when you’re about to go live and submit it and you know there is no turning back!

So my advice for you today is, complete that uncompleted project. Especially if it’s something that’s been around for a while. Just block out time and finish it. You’ll feel quite relieved once it is done :)

For those who would like to get a little deeper into Yoga Nidra and to find out more about my course, then great, and here is the link.

As a special YAA blog post reader, I’m offering you a 50% discount on the course. That means you get to do this 2hr course with me for just $10. (coupon code YAABLOG – but the link will take you directly there anyway.)

We go through quite a bit, the theory of Yoga Nidra, then you also get the practical applications of it and some ideas that you can start implementing in your classes right away.

So if this sounds like something you’re keen to learn, give it a go and let me know your thoughts.

See you on the mat!
