We went to visit a Nairobi prison to see how a local yoga project and the classes are coming along in the women’s pretrial ward, (some have been waiting for over 3 years to have their case heard, not even convicted!).
So this was my first trip ever to Kenya. Heading straight into to the middle of Nairobi for a week to teach some Yoga and Ayurveda. If you’ve followed my 20 day challenge, you’ll know that I am a super lazy pre-travel-organiser.
