Get Organised to Ease into Spring

30/08/2022

Some of us love spring.

Some of us dislike it intensely….

Why? There are so many reasons. The change in temperature, the pollen, the swollen eyes, the sinuses. I’m sure you and others have lists and lists.

What I’ve noticed over the past year as a Yoga Health Coach in Training is that we can take action now to ensure that we are able to ease into the seasonal changes with little to no disruption in our system.

One of the things that I know for sure is that we do need to commit ourselves 100% to a specific action step or task to ensure we gain the reward. We can’t just half ass our way through things.

This goes for everything in life. An example… if we’re going to start using our neti pot to help clear the sinuses in spring, then we need to do it regularly. So on a daily or bi-daily basis. Not just once the gunk has set in and we are struggling.

The same goes with if we’re joining a course… if we’re going to half ass around with watching some recordings and doing the lectures at “some point” in the future, we’re not actually taking action and being committed. This is why those who join our live 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge Zoom calls get results.

Why?

Well because in the call they need to take action. They can’t just sit and listen, they actually need to participate. So if you know that your challenge is to “Be all in” and “fully committed” you need to find a support structure that helps you stay focused to reach your goals.

Spring is the perfect time to make changes.
