The Love this Life Festival in KZN, (Kwazulu Natal, South Africa), was held in August and organized by Cheryl Lancellas of SA Yoga Safaris & Retreats.

Here is a brief snippet about the experience from Cheryl:

“This was our third Yoga festival and it is growing organically from strength to strength. We had a great turnout despite the downpour of rain. People came from Transkei, way down south coast and even two from Gauteng.

The events went down a treat and were well received. Some of the feedback:

“ Thank you so much for the day of love, information and playtime ! I left feeling better equipped to teach with more confidence in a very large subject.”

“When is the next one ?? Can’t wait, had so much fun, loved the detailed information on a very misunderstood subject, DIGESTION from the Ayurveda and medical Dr. Cooppan.”

“ Learned to play a little more, dig a little deeper and moving out of fear of the unknown into a place of LOVE, thanks to the awesome sessions with Dave Gardner, Marc Kress, Cheryl Lancellas and Meryl Currie. You all made for a balanced outline of what true Yoga is. Right down to the Puja Ceremony with Cheryl and Subashnie. Great experience. !”

I feel that my mission was accomplished and I was able to share some of the combined knowledge we have gained from our  sojurns into India, various Ashrams and the past 30 odd years of studying this vast and effective subject.
